​It is hard to fully trust in God when we rely on our own wisdom and insist on our own way. But God invites us into an exciting journey with him, which only comes when we fully trust his heart and wisdom and submit to his will.

SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

1. What was your experience in learning how to ride a bike? What is a fond memory you have as a child riding a bike?
2. Have you ever considered that one reason why we might struggle to trust the LORD with all our heart, is because we struggle to fully trust in His heart for us? What are some ways that you doubt God's love for you?
3. Where you are leaning on your own understanding (your instincts or intellect) in a problem you are dealing with today, instead of the wisdom of God found in His word or the way of Jesus? 
4. Are there any particular ways in which you sense the LORD is asking you to submit something to him or where you are struggling to surrender to his will? Might you be willing to share this with the group for encouragement or accountability?
